CANDLE CARE:

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.
    • Follow the 2-foot rule - don't place a burning candle within two feet of clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.
    • Keep lit candles away from draughts, ceiling fans and any air currents. Any form of air current can cause uneven burning, smoking, diminish the scent throw and even decrease the burn time.
    • Trim the wick to 5mm each time the candle is lit. This helps prevent the flame from getting too large.
    • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
    • Place candle holders on a stable, heat-resistant surface that is sturdy and large enough to catch any melted wax.
    • A burning candle should not be used as a nightlight.
    • A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time.
    • Do not leave candle in direct sunlight.
    • If the candle is burning correctly, it should be constant (not flickering), teardrop shaped and upright.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy - Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after item delivery with proof of delivery date. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for replies to your email. Once the item is received we will refund you or exchange the item. We do not reimburse shipping costs. We do not accept returns or exchange sale items. 

Please also be aware of fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges when converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card (a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur).

 As rules of customs vary from country to country we take no responsibility for charges incurred at receiver's end.

 

 PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Checkout is via PayPal, Shopify payments, Afterpay and will give both Australian dollars and your local currency rate. Credit card payments and after pay will be in your countries currency.

We ship to all countries. We do not ship Parfum outside of Australia. In stock items will be dispatched within 7 days and if there are any delays you will be notified via email. Please note if your item is not in stock it will be made to order and therefore may take three to eight weeks to be completed before being dispatched. All orders are shipped from New Zealand or Australia

Shipping costs will appear on checkout with the choice of Australian post standard worldwide airmail or DHL.

 

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
  • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
  • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
  • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
  • the item has not had additional insurance requested for amounts over $500 at time of purchase.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
